RÉSUMÉ

An ADCC assay based in the use of primary cells rather than cell lines was developed. The assay allows detecting changes in the percentage of infected cells in presence of anti-HIV antibodies and autologous NK cells, even using a ratio target to effector cells of 1:1.. The assay it developped will now be compared within an international Inter laboratory network. In addition, determination of ADCC activity in the ELITE controller group versus progressor will be carried out. These experiments will help to define which type of assay best reflect in vivo protection.
